Verb Issues

In my opinion, the first question every writer should ask is, "who DOESN'T have 'verb issues'?"  A verb is a class of word that can be "declined," which, in this context does not mean that writers can simply refuse to use verbs, but rather that verbs are words that have different forms depending on the manner in which the word is used.  This means that by its very definition, a verb is a word that is changeable.  There are several different types of verb issues that arise in Standard Written English usage.
